Marquette Rehab

This project is the former Toivo Salo Industrial Trades Building.  It was a concrete block shell of a building that could have easily been a tear down.  It is now home to Marquette Rehab.  The outside was covered in 2inch foam and covered with a cement stucco product.  Inside, the lead based paint and asbestos covered walls got a gorgeous covering of American Clay.  All new windows and heating and cooling systems, as well as upgraded electrical systems.

Phase 2 of the construction includes a therapy pool, exercise and exam rooms within a tightly insulated built out space.  The building also houses a 2 story gymnasium used for fitness training.
